Finding a solicitor who still does legal aid work is hard. LegallyAided lists every firm with a legal aid contract so people can find help near them.
Our list comes from the Ministry of Justice's directory of legal aid providers, which we update whenever it changes. Firms can add an enquiries email address, update their details, or choose not to be listed.
LegallyAided includes data supplied by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, which we use to find firms' enquiries email addresses. LegallyAided is independent and is not endorsed by the SRA or the Ministry of Justice.
LegallyAided does not give legal advice and does not decide who qualifies for legal aid. The firm you contact will check that with you.
